Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Welcome to The Local Line.

These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules for using this website, purchasing products or services, and interacting with resources provided through The Local Line.

By using this website or purchasing something through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or make a purchase.

About The Local Line

The Local Line provides creative operations, marketing support, digital resources, education, strategy, systems, content services, and related products for small businesses and creators.

Some offerings are educational or advisory. Others may include custom project work, ongoing services, digital products, workshops, templates, or access to other resources.

Specific services may also be governed by a separate proposal, service agreement, contract, scope of work, or other written agreement. When a separate agreement exists, that agreement controls if its terms conflict with anything on this page.

Using This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes.

Please do not use the website to:

  • interfere with its operation or security;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information;

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission;

  • submit harmful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content; or

  • use The Local Line name, branding, work, or materials in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Access to the website may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when necessary.

Services

Descriptions of services are intended to explain what an offering generally includes. Exact deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, pricing, revisions, communication expectations, and other project details may be established separately before work begins.

A purchase or inquiry does not automatically create an ongoing service relationship unless that relationship has been confirmed.

The Local Line may decline a project or service request when it is outside the scope, capacity, values, or expertise of the business.

Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment requirements may vary depending on the offering. Some purchases may require full payment at checkout, while custom projects or ongoing services may use deposits, installments, retainers, invoices, or another payment schedule.

For contracted services, the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement will explain the payment terms.

Failure to make a required payment may result in work being paused or access to a product or service being limited until the account is brought current.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies may vary by offering.

Because many Local Line services involve reserved time, custom strategy, creative preparation, digital delivery, or work that begins before the final deliverable is provided, not every purchase will be refundable.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms provided at checkout, in an offer description, invoice, proposal, booking confirmation, or service agreement will apply to that purchase.

If something unexpected happens, reach out. The goal is always to find a reasonable path forward when possible.

Digital Products & Resources

Digital products may include templates, guides, worksheets, systems, downloads, educational resources, or other materials.

Unless an individual product says otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives the purchaser a limited license to use that product for their own personal or business purposes.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, copied for others, repackaged, uploaded to another marketplace, or presented as the purchaser’s original product.

Access to digital materials may occasionally change as platforms, technology, or products are updated.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials on this website belong to The Local Line or are used with appropriate permission.

This includes branding, graphics, written content, photographs, illustrations, templates, systems, frameworks, downloads, educational materials, website content, and other original creative work.

Purchasing a service or product does not automatically transfer ownership of The Local Line’s underlying methods, templates, systems, processes, or intellectual property.

Ownership and usage rights for custom client work may be addressed separately in the applicable service agreement.

Client Materials

When you provide photographs, logos, copy, account access, brand assets, documents, or other materials for a project, you represent that you have the right to provide and use those materials.

You remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of materials you supply.

Results

The Local Line works to provide thoughtful strategy, creative work, useful systems, and informed recommendations. However, business and marketing results depend on many factors outside the control of any one service provider.

No particular level of revenue, engagement, followers, sales, search ranking, audience growth, leads, conversions, or other business result is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Recommendations should be considered part of a larger decision-making process rather than a promise of a specific outcome.

Educational Information

Information provided through this website, workshops, resources, social media, guides, or educational services is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

It should not be treated as legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

When a decision requires specialized professional guidance, an appropriately qualified professional should be consulted.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

The Local Line may use or link to third-party platforms such as website providers, social networks, payment processors, scheduling tools, project-management systems, software applications, or other online services.

Those platforms operate under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and policies.

The Local Line does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will always remain available, unchanged, secure, or compatible with a particular workflow.

External Links

This website may contain links to websites or resources operated by other organizations.

Those links are provided for convenience or reference and do not necessarily represent an endorsement. The Local Line is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

Website Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Content, pricing, offerings, links, features, or website functionality may occasionally be updated, corrected, removed, or changed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Local Line is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of this website, its resources, third-party services, or information provided through the website.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Use of this website is also subject to The Local Line Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and handled.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as The Local Line, its offerings, technology, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this page with the date of the latest update.

Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
